Social media marketing + management

At Working Not Working, I grew the social media reach and audience across every social platform they were utilizing. Through paid content, influencer content, audience engagement, and unique visual organic content, we grew and engaged with our global creative user-base on a daily basis.

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter all saw incredible growth during the two years I ran marketing and social media. On average, each social platform grew yearly over 6%, and as much as 25% per year, in comparison to the industry average of 1-4% audience growth per year for social media profiles.

In one year, we more than doubled the Instagram following, utilizing influencers as well as growing the audience organically through high-quality content, Instagram content, industry insights, and more. Our community became one of great influence.

Content marketing

Through blog posts and social media content, we targeted potential customers and users in multiple countries. Our main target markets were London, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, with a few dozen secondary markets in the US + UK, and multiple other countries in the tertiary markets.

Our blog engaged with over 50k users each month. Through SEO, paid search ads, organic content, industry influencers, and more, the WNW blog content reached an audience of nearly 1m per month, across more than a dozen countries.

Paid Advertising

With a small budget, WNW utilized paid social media ads on Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. We also utilized the search engine advertising space to reach new demographics. Our paid advertising campaigns accounted for conversions of new business clients as well as new members to the creative community.

GOAL : Brand Awareness, Audience Growth, Customer Conversions

Design + video

While most of my work revolved around strategy, planning, posting, audience engagement, and SEO, I also had the opportunity to create some visual brand content for WNW ads. Click to watch.
